Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged to any no show clients or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. It is kindly requested that you reschedule if you are feeling ill. Please contact directly for an exception request due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your appointment needs to be cancelled by the spa owner in less than 24 hours for any unforeseen life incidents including illness, you will be notified and you will receive 20% off of your next appointment. Anything rescheduled or cancelled prior to 24 hours will not be charged or discounted.
